A new lawsuit filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs names several high-profile figures, including JAY-Z, Beyoncé, and LeBron James, though they are not listed as defendants.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, a man named Manzaro Joseph alleges he was drugged, sexually assaulted, and humiliated at an alleged gathering hosted by Diddy in April 2015. The lawsuit claims the event took place at a birthday party for Christian Combs at the Miami residence of Emilio and Gloria Estefan.
Joseph states that he was coerced into wearing a mask at the event and later transported through a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion. The lawsuit alleges that he encountered LeBron James, who reportedly saw him and said, “Y’all better do something about that!” Joseph also claims that he later saw JAY-Z and Beyoncé, and that Beyoncé, upon seeing him, allegedly remarked, “What’s this? What’s this all about?”
While JAY-Z, Beyoncé, and LeBron James are named in the lawsuit, they are not accused of any wrongdoing. The legal action primarily targets Diddy, Emilio Estefan, adult film actress Adria English, and Brendan Paul.
Diddy’s legal team has strongly denied the allegations, calling the claims “the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday.” JAY-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, also dismissed the claims, stating, “Mr. Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident — he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event.”
This lawsuit adds to the mounting legal troubles surrounding Combs, who has faced increased scrutiny in recent months.
