Now that the word is out that Zendaya Coleman will be playing in the Aaliyah biopic airing on Lifetime, creative director @TyroneBee leaked pieces of Teyana Taylor’s heartfelt audition tape for the role on instagram. Although they are more than content with the young Disney star, Zendaya playing the role, Tyron captioned on one of the videos “She embraces Aaliyah dancing , acting and singing. (Which I’ll be posting all 3parts) but unfortunately @teyanataylor heard that Aaliyah’s family isn’t involved & she no longer wanted to be apart of the film.” from the looks of it, it seems like Teyana would’ve been a great Aaliyah.
