Tokyo lifestyle retailer Kinetics has devised a new variation of the storied Timberland boot. Utilizing premium suede materials, the upper of the “Red Cement” 6-inch boot is smooth to the touch with a textured grey collar providing contrasting. The pair’s eyelets, laces and rubber sole unit all feature a fully realized bright red color reminiscent of the previously released this year and widely revered red Timberlands. The trend of primary colored and custom versions of the more than classic Timberland 6 inch boot is one that has gained massive traction in the past few years. Kinetics looks to with the release of their Timberland collab to make their mark on this massively popular aesthetic. Fellow Tokyo based streetwear outfitter Atmos similarly customized and dropped a pair of wheat Timbs with a printed collar for the Fall/Winter 2015 season.
