Spring Valley Mayor Demeza Delhomme has racked up a long list of questionable maneuvers and ethics, ranging from referring to himself as the “king of the village,” and getting a generator built for his girlfriend using village resources. Today, another such questionable maneuver popped up at a town hall meeting, in which Delhomme was accused by a village resident of sleeping with his wife.
In the full video clip above, after answering an unrelated question, accuser walks up to the microphone and starts detailing what he thinks the mayor did, which includes using his power to force his way into his house, and “destroying my marriage.” Shortly after the man delivered his message, Mayor Delhomme quickly denied knowing anything about what he was being accused of, leading to outrage from the small crowd, and even prompting one of his colleagues, Trustee Asher Grossman to incredulously yell out to Delhomme, “You sleep with his wife, and you don’t know him?”
