Offset of the Migos has been arrested for driving with a suspended license, after unfortunately not having taken care of a ticket he’d received after coming home from prison. If you remember, for much of 2015 Offset was inactive, due to a 8-month prison bid for drug and gun charges.
According to this TMZ report (and the above video clip), the rapper was outside of a sushi restauraunt in Atlanta when cops pulled him over and ran his name, leading to the arrest once they discovered he was operating with a suspended license. In a statement to TMZ, Offset’s lawyer said he was under the belief that the rapper took care of the outstanding ticket, but Atlanta law enforcement clearly says otherwise.
Offset will reportedly be eligible to be bailed out as soon as tomorrow morning.
