Can’t Stop Watching These Clips From Beyoncé’s Tour Opening Last Night? Us Either.

With everyone still salivating over their gulp of Lemonade this past weekend, Beyoncé has decided to take over the week with the official kick off of her Formation World Tour in Miami on Wednesday [April 27].

Setting things off with a bang, Beyoncé kicked things off in a major way with none other than DJ Khaled himself flexing his muscle and showing fans why he’s the right man to pair with on her tour, by bringing out some of Hip Hop’s biggest names. Lil Wayne, Future, Rick Ross and 2 Chainz all came out to support Queen Bey and get her fans warmed up for the huge performance to come.

After the premiere of Lemonade, many speculated on the state of Beyoncé and Jay-Z‘s marriage, but Beyoncé put the talk to rest with her song selections throughout the course of the show and we can’t forget that Hov was also front and center showing his support along with Blue Ivy.

Beyoncé, who received major backlash and threats of boycott after the debut of her hit song “Formation” being considered “anti-police” by right-wing critics, decided to showcase new merchandise for her haters as well which included t-shirts with the caption “Boycott Beyoncé” across the chest.

Bey also paid homage to Prince, by making the entire stadium dark and illuminating the video screens with a purple tint while “Purple Rain” played in the stadium.
