Bill Cosby Admitted To Drugging And Having Sex With Teens In Newly Released Deposition

Today (May 24) was a very pivotal day for Bill Cosby as a Pennsylvania judge ruled that a trial against the entertainer on sexual assault charges could go forward. With that said, a deposition from 10 years ago was just made public by The Associated Press. Excerpts from the deposition find Cosby admitting to supplying pills and quaaludes to teenage women and having sex with them. Furthermore, Cosby also admitted that an agency would send “five or six” models to his studio each week while on set for one of his sitcoms.

The deposition was in regards to allegations made by Andrea Constand, who was one of the very first alleged victims to go public with her claims. In the 2005 deposition, Constand’s lawyers questioned Cosby about his relations with the woman who was a teenager at the time and he admitted to providing her with pills and having sex with her without verbal consent.

“Andrea came to the house. I called her. … We talked about Temple University. We talked about her position. And then I went upstairs and I got three pills. I brought them down. They are the equivalent of one and a half. The reason why I gave them and offered them to Andrea, which she took after examining them, was because she was talking about stress.”

“I didn’t say it verbally, I said. The action is my hand on her midriff, which is skin. I’m not lifting any clothing up. This is, I don’t remember fully what it is, but it’s there and I can feel. I got her skin and it’s just above the hand and it’s just above where you can go under the pants. … I don’t hear her say anything. And I don’t feel her say anything. And so I continue and I go into the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection. I am not stopped.”

In the same deposition, Cosby also admitted to an instance with an accuser named Therese Serignese, saying: “I meet Ms. Picking in Las Vegas. She meets me backstage. I give her quaaludes. We then have sex.” The deposition also finds the entertainer telling lawyers that he paid both Constant and Serigenese in order to keep quiet about their encounters so his wife would not find out.
