Will You Be Watching Tamar Braxton’s Talk Show?

Tamar Braxton is known for her hustle and huge personality. But the Maryland native’s personality may have been the very reason for her exit from the daytime talk show The Real.

There was speculation of the singer being let go from the job due to a disconnect between her and the audience, but nothing has actually been confirmed.

Yesterday [Thursday, June 2] Braxton spoke on the matter for the first time on The Steve Harvey Morning Show.

An episode of the reality show the Braxton Family Values also aired yesterday, and it shows Tamar reacting to the news in a very candid state.

We learned new information regarding the subject including the fact that the news, according to Braxton, “came out of the blue” and that she was not given a reason why. She also mentioned that she was never actually contacted, but that her husband and manager, Vincent Herbert called a show official for a completely different reason and was then blind-sided with the news.

Braxton was definitely in good spirits during her discussion with the Steve Harvey Morning Show and the news revealed towards the end probably had a lot to do with it.

She said, “I just feel like I’m just not going to allow anybody to dim my star.” After mentioning that it took her awhile to even view herself as a star, and continuing to exude confidence and positivity, she said, “this is not a setback, this is a setup. I feel like if you don’t look at things like this as a blessing, it won’t be a blessing. I definitely feel like it is and I feel like from here, it’s onward and upward.”

Things surely are moving onward and upward for Tamar, as after showering her with lots of uplifting and encouraging compliments, Harvey went on to announce the signed deal by his production company to give the star her own show.

What some may have viewed as a major setback, Braxton and Harvey teamed up to turn into a major comeback; and in true Tamar fashion she’s back at it again with another job.

In the words of Tamar Braxton: “Look at God.”
