Chloe x Halle are not only a powerful singing duo, they’re real sisters swept into the arms of Beyoncé after becoming internet sensations. After doing many covers on YouTube, the talented artists signed to Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment late last year.
The duo first took to YouTube in 2008, posting videos performing at events. The videos eventually evolved into covers of songs such as “All Of Me” by John Legend, “Best Thing I Never Had” and “Pretty Hurts” by Beyoncé which blew up, caught the eyes of Beyoncé herself and went on to change their lives. As Halle plays the guitar and Chloe plays the piano, both sisters are characterized by their unique sound, strong vocal technique and performance charm. The sisters make a powerful duo executing flawless harmonies, and striking confidence at such a young age.
Chloe x Halle took the 2016 BET Awards stage for the first time last night to perform their single “Drop” off their latest EP, Sugar Symphony. Although amateurs to the music business, these two teens performed like pros, gracing the stage with their unique sound and multiple talents. Chloe x Halle will be opening up for Beyoncé on the European leg of her Formation World Tour. Great job ladies!
