Lil Uzi Vert’s ‘Eternal Atake’ Debuts at No. 1 Spot on Billboard 200

At the beginning of the month, Lil Uzi Vert has released his second studio album, Eternal Atake. The 18 track album has earned its way to the number one spot making this the rapper’s second album to do so.

The chart-topping rapper’s album has been anticipated by fans since he dropped two singles that were listed as bonus tracks, “Futsal Shuffle” and “That Way.” Even though the album has sold less than 9,000 copies, the rapper has picked up 278,000 streaming equivalent units, and 400 million on-demand streams. Bringing in the most streams since Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter V.

The surprise album climbs on top of singer, Jhene Aiko who just released her album, Chilombo, on the same day as Uzi, leaving the singer placed at the number 2 spot on Billboard 200. The album also surpassed Meg The Stallion’s new project Suga that was also released on the same day. Talk about good music Friday.
