SOURCE SPORTS: Juju Smith-Schuster Likely to Leave the Steelers

JuJu Smith-Schuster has spent the last four seasons as a wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers. In his first 2 years, playing with Antonio Brown, he proved to be a key part of the Steelers’ offense. However, in 2019, after Brown’s departure, Schuster had only 552 receiving yards but was improved upon this past season with 831 receiving yards. Now that he is a free agent, sources say that he is expected to leave Pittsburgh.

According to NFL Network reporter, Mike Garafolo, Juju has been telling some of his teammates that his time with Pittsburgh is up and he will not be returning in the upcoming season.

However, nothing is set in stone yet. Ben Roethlisberger signed with the franchise for the 2021 season after restructuring his contract from $19 million to $14 million to allow for more cap space.
