After turning himself in to the Atlanta police for being wanted for assaulting a fan; who ended up being a U.S. solider, Gucci Mane was indicted on one count of aggravated assault. The rapper reportedly hit the fan over the head with a bottle of champagne after he requested a photo.
This is not the only case of accused assault, Gucci was accused of a similar case in Philadelphia, where a fan says he was assaulted after Gucci punched him in the jaw.
