
Loews Hotels is completely changing the hotel beverage game with Fizz by Loews Hotels, a new, soda-centric program designed for the modern guest. This innovative initiative puts crafted carbonation front and center, offering a menu of refreshing, house-made sodas and spritzes at Loews properties nationwide, starting with Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Loews Atlanta Hotel, and Loews Coral Gables Hotel.
The launch of Fizz is a timely response to the cultural revival of soda and a growing interest in mindful drinking. It makes Loews the first hospitality brand to fully embrace this trend with a culinary-forward approach. Building on the success of the brand’s non-alcoholic program, “Free Spirited by Loews Hotels,” Fizz caters to a guest preference for mindful consumption without compromising on flavor or fun. The program offers an elevated and inclusive way to sip and savor, whether guests are abstaining, lightly engaging, or simply looking for something new and unexpected.

A Local Taste of Fizz
Each Loews property is bringing the Fizz program to life with unique, locally inspired menus and experiences. The expert “Fizzologists” at each hotel craft these house-made sodas using fresh herbs, local ingredients, and unique syrups. Each beverage is available spirit-free or with an optional alcohol add-on, giving guests the flexibility to personalize their drinks.

Fizz by Loews Hotels at Loews Miami Beach
- Lychee Lush: Served in a diamond-cut glass, this tropical drink features lychee purée, fresh raspberries, and yuzu juice topped with a delicate lychee foam and mint. It’s tropical elegance, perfectly fizzed.
- Passion of the Tea: A floral and fruity spritz that combines chamomile and passion fruit puree with a butterfly pea base. Garnished with rosemary and a lemon wheel, it’s a refreshing and sophisticated garden-to-glass refresher.
- Matcha Muse: This is a smooth, balanced blend of matcha, jasmine green tea, and creamy coconut milk. Sweetened with honey and brightened with a hint of lemon and soda water, it’s finished with a shiso leaf for a subtle floral twist.



Fizz by Loews Hotels at Loews Coral Gables
- Tropic Tonic: A bright and juicy soda that blends a house-made guava pineapple syrup with fresh pineapple juice. Topped with sparkling soda and garnished with a pineapple leaf and a touch of grated cinnamon, it’s a tropical refresher with a warm, aromatic touch.
- Mint Condition: This clean, crisp drink features a house-crafted mojito syrup balanced by lime juice and bubbly soda water. With a mint sprig and dehydrated lime wheel, it’s a light and zesty soda with a cooling herbal edge.

Fizz by Loews Hotels at Loews Atlanta Hotel
- Basilberry Pop: A refreshing twist on soda blending a house-made blackberry basil syrup with soda water. Topped with fresh blackberries, it’s a vibrant summer drink that’s both sparkly and unforgettable.
- Peachtree Pop: A golden burst of sun-ripened peaches and aromatic rosemary. This libation is infused with a house-crafted peach rosemary syrup and crowned with a rosemary sprig, offering a garden-to-glass refresher that’s both soothing and sophisticated.

In addition to the bar menus, Loews Miami Beach and Loews Coral Gables are launching the Fizz Cart. This mobile cart will roll out with resident “Fizzologists” who create made-to-order sodas. Guests at Loews Miami Beach can enjoy cabana-side VIP service at the resort’s SOAK Cabanas, while at Loews Coral Gables, the cart will be featured at Americana Kitchen’s signature Sunday Brunch and the sky-high rooftop pool deck.
