Simon Guobadia Appeals Divorce Settlement from Porsha Williams, Citing Alleged Income

Porsha Williams Shares That She Plans To Have Two Weddings With Simon Guobadia

Two months after their divorce was settled, Simon Guobadia has filed an appeal against the judgment, accusing his ex-wife Porsha Williams of failing to disclose a significant income she was set to earn after they signed their prenuptial agreement.

According to exclusive documents obtained by Us Weekly, Guobadia, 61, claims that Williams, 44, earned “approximately $8,000,000 to $9,000,000” in 2024 from a scripted talent deal with NBCUniversal. In his appeal, Guobadia argues that he was not aware of her plans to return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta when they negotiated the prenup in November 2022. He asserts that this was a “material fact that should have been disclosed” as it would have altered the terms of the agreement.

Guobadia’s legal documents claim that when the prenup was finalized, Williams was not employed by either RHOA or the show Dish Nation. He also argues that Williams violated the confidentiality provisions of their prenup by publicly discussing him and his finances in press interviews and on the reality show.

A judge has not yet issued a ruling on the appeal, leaving the terms of the divorce settlement in question.
