Nas packed out a tight Tammany Hall last night for the release of his Life Is Good album release concert. The Queens MC arrived to an anxious crowd filled with industry and fans lucky enough to get in before they began turning people away. The Source got a sneak peak at the set list prior to the show which listed 20 tracks.

Nas hit the stage after 10:30, held up due to traveling from the Rucker where he did a mini-performance a half hour prior.

Nas was not alone by any means. The crowd welcomed some of his classic tracks from past projects along with a few standouts from his Life Is Good album which dropped yesterday. Nas welcomed AZ to the stage to perform a few cuts. Joking around telling AZ, “Ay talk to the ppl. You got somethin new coming out??” While AZ laughed it off “you a funny n****,” after a brief chuckle.

AZ wasn’t the only face out and about on stage. Within the depths of Nas’ associates who crowded the 6×6 stage was Swizz Beatz. Due to spilled drinks and a poor tape job the set list was destroyed by “Daughters.” Backed by an entire crowd word for word, Nas set up “Daughters” with a comment, “This one right here goes to my princess Destiny Jones. Her mother didn’t like this song but she’s f**k*** crazy.”

Cutting the second half of his set nearly in half, Swizz joined Nasty Nas for “Summer on Smash.” Following that cut Nas prepped the crowd for his final track of the night, “Okay let me do another new song that I don’t fully know.” Closing out the concert with “Bye Baby,” Nas quickly was ushered out of Tammany Hall. All in all leaving everyone fully satisfied.
