But one other thing that most people don’t know about Dr. Dre is his accumulation of properties all over the map over the years.

With that said, we like to think the 10 time platinum selling artist paid a visit to some humble retired couple cutting them a fat check to vacate after he laid eyes on the 9,696 square foot house, after all it cost him a whopping $15.4 million dollars. Before it was taken off the market and Dre had a chance to swoop in for the kill, the house was listed for a cool $12.8 million.
