It’s officially football season as the schedule is revealed
After kicking off 2014 with a bang, when the Seattle Seahawks defeated the unstoppable Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl, the National Football League made more headlines with the announcement of the 2014 regular season schedule. All football fans are rejoicing as they begin to plan out their fantasy teams.
To kick off the new season, The Green Bay Packers will battle the reigning  Super Bowl champions, Seattle Seahawks. A rematch of their 2012 game, seeking revenge for the infamous Hail Mary. Our favorite teams the NY Giants and NY Jets go against the Detroit Lions and Oakland Raiders respectively.
It seems like things are going to heat up on the field this time around as teams face off and old rivalries rekindled. But we will see who’s going to the Super Bowl and named champions, when everything is said and done. The new season kicks off on Thursday Night Football on CBS on September 04 at 8:30 pm.
