9/17/14 UPDATE: IT HAS ARRIVED

Big K.R.I.T. quite possibly has one of the best discographies in Hip-Hop today, yet he’s still an outrageously underrated emcee, artist and performer. Hopefully 2014 will bring an end to that, as his long awaited sophomore album, Cadillactica, will be out later this year, and the music he’s blessed us with so far this year, including one of the best songs released this year, “Mt. Olympus,” and his new single, “Pay Attention,” which features Rico Love.

Tomorrow, K.R.I.T. will release the fourth installment in his See Me On Top mixtape series–“See Me On Top” is also the name of a song from his critically acclaimed K.R.I.T. Wuz Here project–the last of which, See Me On Top III, was released 6 years ago. The surprise release comes on the heels of K.R.I.T.’s 4th quarter album push, and you can get a glimpse into the making of his sophomore effort by watching his “The Making Of Cadillactica” vlog series; the first episode is featured below.
