Examiner.com exclusively spoke with Duff about the video. Read what she had to say below:

The video was done by the same director who did“Chasing the Sun” … That one was higher concept with the office life and the beach and the fantasy world. So, this one is a little more playing around with filters and beauty shots and dancing. I wanted to do some cool choreography. I hadn’t danced in a while. So, we did some cool line dance feeling choreography and there’s a little bit of a context to it. A girl and a guy see each other at a café, but nothing is really said and he drops a record and she picks it up. She thinks about it for a moment and goes and hangs out with her friends, goes to dance practice. And she has this intuition to go hunt for him – to find him. When I first got the treatment I was like I don’t want to go after the guy I want him to come after me. I’m not really the aggressor in my life and then I was like you know what? Screw that, I want to do it, so it was fun. Kind of like the girl going after what she wants and she ends up finding him, then we shot this cool scene down by the L.A. river. I live in L.A., so it was cool to put that in the video.
