The Hottest Homecomings of The South Tour is a partnership with Historical Black Colleges and Universities set out to provide students and alumni with the best Homecoming Week experience, while also creating a media platform that showcases their school, enhances student enrollment, and generates community engagement.
In the past, the tour, presented by The Source, has visited many HBCU’s including: Florida A & M, Grambling State, Savannah State, Alcorn State, Tennessee State, and Alabama A & M to name a few. The goal is to expose college students to brands, products and services that enhance their lifestyles and educational experiences.
This year’s tour kicks off in Alabama at Tuskegee University and its main focus is on encouraging students to rise beyond all expectations by highlighting the students’ creativity, contributions, and their academic achievements.
