Kids these days – Phil Jackson
Two of the minds behind the Lakers 5 21st century NBA championships relocated to New York this offseason, which led many to believe that with the retainment of Carmelo Anthony, the Knicks–who have been forced to live with mediocrity for several seasons–had better days in their immediate future. So far, in the 2014-2015 season, the Knicks have experienced more of the same, and are sitting near the Eastern Conference cellar with a 4-10 record. They’re about to embark on a short two-game road trip before hosting the Heat on November 30th, so the Zen master had a simple message for his beleaguered squad, which he communicated to them on Twitter (?)
