After 19 years of marriage, the controversial comedian and his wife Malaak call it quits
According to a story from TMZ this afternoon, the star of the new blockbuster flick Top Five filed for divorce from his wife of nearly two decades.
Mrs. Rock issued a statement through a representative that she and the edgy comedy giant have mutually made a decision.

“After much contemplation and 19 years of marriage, Chris and I have decided to go our separate ways,”
Malaak said in a statement recently published by People magazine.
The Rocks have two daughters; Lola, 12 and Zahra, 10. The statement also asked that their privacy be respected as this is a touching matter.
