It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Wrekonize. The production and lyrics are hopeful and have glimpses of positivity but the overall vibe is cold and bleak. In a way, it’s up to you how to listen to the music. You can either feel for Wrek’s problems and hurt with him or you can view these songs as a catharsis for him, and ultimately a sign of moving on.

If the beats sound familiar, it’s because Wrekonize borrowed them from Hippie Sabotage’s Sunny EP.
