Shortly after a bi-coastal debut, King Kendrick liberates his new visual

Earlier today, Kendrick Lamar debuted his new video, “King Kunta,” on the larger than life Beats by Dre billboard in Times Square, New York City, and pulled off a similar preview in Los Angeles just minutes ago. The Compton emcee wasted no time after the L.A. debut, and has officially released his new video for track three on his sophomore album, To Pimp A Butterfly, which will land at #1 yet again this week, despite this being the third week of its release.

The video, which is directed by Director X (“HYFR,” “Started From The Bottom,” “Body Party”), features Kendrick bringing his now infamous “i” dance to the Compton Swap Meet, flanked by some healthy females and “the little homies,” as they’re credited at the end of the video.
