Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj and Joe Budden Engage in Twitter Spat

What’s Twitter without fake beef?

Last night, in the wee hours of the morning, Meek Mill caught wind of Joe Budden‘s comments from his podcast, I’ll Name This Podcast Later, concerning his relationship with Nicki Minaj. To put it simply, Joe Budden said Meek was acting too soft for the music he makes, and he needs to “man up” so to speak, even when he’s showing love to Minaj.

Part of my problem with that is Meek’s music is too hard. Meek’s music is too hard for me to look at him with this f*cking sappy f*ck-shit. Be the hardcore guy that I’m sure she was attracted to at some point. It’s nasty. I hate everything about it.

Baller Alert grabbed the initial tweet interaction and put it in an Instagram post, which you can see below.

Naturally, as you can see by the progression of Meek’s tweets–he even sic’d Nicki Minaj fans (“Barbz”) on Joe Budden as if they were in a nearby barn waiting to burst through the doors–this amounted to nothing but a 140-character back-and-forth, but things got a little interesting when Nicki Minaj jumped in.

Welp. Though there’s absolutely a good chance Joe Budden would come out of this victorious on wax, he’s no match for #Omeeka in the Twittersphere.
