SOURCE360 is a cultural and community celebration embodying the entire 360-degree spectrum of art, music, film & television, fashion, dance, sports, and technology inspired by Hip-Hop. SOURCE360 is more than a festival and hub of creative performances. Education and thought leadership is essential to the mission. One of SOURCE360’s goals is to engage the community and increase awareness and interest in higher learning among middle school and high school students through the filters of music, film, fashion, sports, technology and the performing arts. The SOURCE360 Educate & Elevate program and Youth Training Day will expose them (especially at-risk youth) to information and opportunities relating to colleges, universities, career paths, corporations and community service organizations. This component of SOURCE360 will be open to the public and will include well-known celebrities giving back to the community.

The SOURCE360 celebrations will take place from September 17 – 20 throughout the Brooklyn Cultural District and festivities will include signature concerts, poetry and spoken word performances, thought leadership panels, outdoor festivals, fashion shows, beauty events, youth education and training sessions, on-site voter registration, nightlife events, a Sunday Brunch and more! Venues include prominent cultural venues such as BRIC Arts & Media Center, Mark Morris Dance Center, Roulette, The Brooklyn Navy Yard and more! There will be a community Block Party celebration on Saturday 9/19/15 on Rockwell Place between Dekalb and Fulton from 10am-5pm. The Block Party will also be free and open to the community.
