Love And Hip-Hop Hollywood‘s Willie Taylor has released a new single, “Freak Of The Week.”
Written and produced by Taylor along with Amir Swain and Marvin Marcell, the former member of R&B group Day 26 is stretching out as a solo artist in addition to being a songwriter, producer, actor and CEO of Noivak Music Group.
Taylor’s first mixtape, The Reintroduction of Willie Taylor, was a mix of ballads and club anthems that helped establish Willie outside of his former groups, and he promises to be even more re-defining his new music. “Freak Of The Week,” for example, is R&B over a pulsating beat with a clear reggaeton influence.
Love And Hip-Hop Hollywood‘s second season ended last night on Vh1. The reunion show airs Monday, November 30 8pm EST.
