Former Power Rangers star Ricardo Medina Jr. was arrested Thursday and charged with murder.
The 36 year old actor was charged yesterday with murder by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office with killing his roommate by stabbing Josh Sutter with a sword in their shared house on January 31st of last year.
The roommates were having an argument about Medina’s girlfriend, but the confrontation turned violent when Medina stabbed Sutter multiple times with the sword. The ex-Power Ranger called the police and the first responders pronounced Sutter dead on the scene.

Medina is set to appear in court on Tuesday.
Medina is known for playing the Red Ranger on Power Rangers Wild Forcestarting in 2002. He later played Deker on Power Rangers Samurai.
