Listen to the CDQ Version of Drake’s Remix of Ramriddlz’s “Sweeterman”

Drake’s support of young, sometimes underground artists has been one of the most consistent facets of his time as a rap juggernaut circling the throne, from his emperor-like collaborations with ILoveMakonnen and WizKid to his own label, OVO Sound, which features well-liked but largely unproven acts like Roy Wood$ and Majid Jordan.

Though Drake didn’t sign Toronto underground favorite Ramriddlz to OVO Sound, he tossed the 21-year-old a timely co-sign when he unleashed an unoffiical remix to Ram’s “Sweeterman” last summer on OVO Sound Radio. Though a CDQ version of the song was never released, Drake’s version of “Sweeterman” helped the original an Ramriddlz himself rise to prominence, and he recently released an anticipated EP, Venis.

Today, for some odd reason, the CDQ version of Drake’s “Sweeterman” has surfaced, and you can listen to it below. Furthermore, if you haven’t heard Ramriddlz’s Venis yet, you can do that here.
