This week, 50 Cent found himself caught up in a media firestorm when he posted a video online poking fun of 19-year-old airport employee Andrew Farrell. In the clip, Fif was under the assumption that Farrell was high, teasing him for his unprofessionalism at work. He and the world later found out that Farrell was not high at all, he suffered from autism. The blacklash was swift, as Farrell’s family demanded a public apology while also asking for $1 million in compensation.

They later retracted the monetary demand, instead asking Fif to donate $10,000 to any autism organization. 50 took things a step further, not only public apologizing but donating $100,000 to the Autism speaks foundation. Today, though TMZ has revealed some news that might make you feel that Fif’s snafu was just a mistake.

Apparently, a man named Chris Brown (how ironic), was getting married at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia last month and caught wind that 50 Cent was also staying at the hotel. The man asked 50 if he can meet with his brother Justin who was staying in a room at the hotel. Justin, who is a huge fan of the rapper, suffers from reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome, which confines him to a bed.

Brown told TMZ that 50 replied saying he would try to make it happen but could not guarantee it due to his busy schedule. Eventually, the meeting did take place as 50 Cent sat and spoke with Justin at his bedside for more than 90 minutes. A stark difference from his encounter with Andrew Farrell, which occurred two weeks later.
