According to Atlanta-based news site “Straight from the A,” the producer responsible for hits from the likes of Usher, Ciara, Toni Braxton, Mary J Blige, and more filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy back in April.

Documents obtained by gossip site TheJasmineBrand.com state Pha owes over $625k to creditors and has less than $590k in assets.
