Draymond Green has had quite the enigmatic summer so far, and thanks to some overzealous flirting over the weekend, it’s just become more bizarre. The All-Star Warriors forward was suspended during the NBA Finals for attacking the genitals of several opposing players, and this week, he’s under fire for sharing a picture of his.
The picture in question popped up on Green’s Snapchat this weekend in between hilarious snaps of the USA Olympic team singing Disney songs on the team plane, and folks were understandably upset. Green quickly took to his Twitter to announce that he’d been hacked, but he would later admit that the picture was meant to be a private message. Oops.
Regardless, Green released a very apologetic statement, because accidentally uploading a d*ck pic to your personal social media account suddenly means that you’re barely fit to be a U.S. citizen, and requires the repenting of a lifetime.
I truly believe we all go through points in our life that help propel us to the next level. I’m at the stage right now where all this stuff will help propel me to the next level as a basketball player, but more importantly as a man. I don’t live my life with regrets. I apologize for the situation. It’s clearly not what I was trying to do. At the end of the day you have certain situations in your life that just help push you forward, and you have to use them the right way.
Well, Green might be a multi-million dollar athlete and brand ambassador, but he isn’t above his teammates taking digs at him when he f*cks up.
