Timbaland has been struggling with a Miami home that he has wanted to sell for the past five years. He has been trying to sell the 7-bedroom home for $3,390,000 since he ended his marriage in October 2013. Timbaland had a buyer named William Zamora who lived on the mansion on escrow. However, Zamora has apparently failed to close the deal, which has resulted in Timbaland being able to activate a clause in the contract to charge the man $30,000 if he decided to stay in the home.
Timbaland claims that Zamora has refused to leave the mansion and has refused to pay him, which makes it very difficult for him to sell the home. Timbaland is asking a judge to order William Zamora to get out of the mansion immediately as a result of the broken deal and the difficulty.
The ordeal of the squatter does not seem to be phasing Timbaland too much, as there have been reports that he has recently purchased two “Sky Home” condos for $3 million at Aria on the Bay in Miami.
