R&B in 2018 has taken a backseat of sorts to Rappers flexing and fighting each other. Last year we saw a thorough saturation of the “Trapsoul” genre, taking the wind out of that sonic aesthetic. Vermont-native March Davis is hoping he can re-channel that into a soundscape appropriate to get his feely but powerful vocals off.
