Hip-Hop heads rejoice with the release of veteran rhymesmith Sha Stimuli‘s The Chills (Borke At 30) EP, the second of 12 total projects Sha intends to drop in 2012 as part of his The Rent Tape series. Seeing as the Brooklyn-bred emcee is consistantly one of the truest doing it on the mic, there should be no lack of lyrical substance on his latest offering. While most rappers may drag their feet to put out new projects, leading us to believe that quality music takes a while to produce, Sha has dared to be an exception, vowing to drop gems on us every time we’re about turn over the page on our calenders. You gotta salute that work ethic. The title of this project is obviously inspired by the infamous Notorious B.I.G. line “And being broke at 30 give a n**ga the chills.” Sha also gives his own two cents on what the title means to him below.

“The Chills confronts the fear that I always had of getting older and not being financially set.”
