Forbes issued their top 5 list of Hip-Hop’s wealthiest in 2012 tonight. While Diddy and Jay-Z continue the race to the prestigious first Hip-Hop billionaire the gap between the two and the rest of the field is staggering. The list however is filled with mogul like name rather than artists. Jay-Z is the only one to release an album within the last year. Does the music matter, seems like extra circular activity matters a bit more.
