Being in a comedy after the other roles you played, was there any pranks played or did you play any on anyone?

No it was a very light-spirited set. Everybody was very comfortable and at ease when they came to work. It wasn’t like an extremely tense environment.

What was the funnest part about working on this project?

Being shoved in and out of trunks was just an enjoyable feat for me to be a part of. Yeah it was a real trunk. I think they made enough adjustments to our measurements. It was comfortable as needed for the 30 seconds we was in there. I enjoyed the whole process. I was able to sit back and observe comedic giants like Melissa and Jason and Seth, the director. Just to see the eye he has developed for comedy and to see the methods he goes through to try to get things out of the scene.

You’re super expressive. You use facial expressions that really bring emotion to your scenes. Do you feel like that was effective more being on a comedy than anything else?

My facial expressions are probably just candid. Because I try to say a lot without saying anything. In my experience in doing this, that’s kind of what it takes to stand out.

Is there anything you have to have on set?

I’m not really specific about my demands and the detailed requirements. I just have me a nice comfortable environment where me and the people with me can sit back and just enjoy ourselves.

So what’s next for you?

The second single from “Trouble Man” is about to be released. “Hello,” featuring Cee-Lo. We’re about to gear up to shoot this video. And I’m about to finish up the other installments for the “Trapback Jumping” film. The small film that we began working on.

Any more plans for film?

Absolutely. I’m looking for more opportunities and hopefully this will open up doors and people will broaden their minds as to what T.I. Can and cannot do.

What has been the highlight about making “T.I. & Tiny”?

I think the best part about that is just observing the kids and their element of celebrity. And have them grow into their own people.

Identity Thief is now playing.
