Lil Wayne was rushed to the hospital in L.A. this week after suffering what appeared to be multiple seizures.
Sources close to the Young Money rapper told TMZ that Wayne was having seizures Tuesday night after shooting a video for Birdman’s single “Tapout” in L.A.. He was subsequently taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital & released early Wednesday morning. Reportedly, he’s doing much better.

Unlike last time, this occurrence wasn’t as publicized as last fall when Wayne suffered two seizures while flying. He later acknowledged that he’d been prescribed seizure medication by his doctor.
Wayne recently postponed his European arena tour to prepare for the release of his new album I Am Not a Human Being II March 26th.
