Raw took place last night in London Englad so you can just imagine the type of crowd that showed up last night on Raw.
Things kicked off with Paul Heyman in the ring, speaking on behalf of his client Brock Lesnar. Heyman says that he received an email from Triple H in response to Brock Lesnar’s challenge for Extreme Rules to the surprise of Paul Heyman and the London crowd, The Game shows up to deliver his message personally to Paul Heyman. Triple H then says that Heyman is a liar and that he accepts Brock’s challenge. And in true Triple H form, the game hits Heyman with a pedigree before he leaves the ring.
A few mid card matches followed the Heyman/Triple H segment with R-Truth defeating the former United States champion Antonio Cesaro and Damien “Pink Tights” Sandow beating the Funkasarus in a one on one match.
One of the better matches of the night featured the World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler versus Chris Jericho. The match was back and forth the entire time and of course had interferences by Ziggler’s accomplices AJ Lee and Big E Langston. Thanks to the help of Big E the show off was able to defeat Y2J with a Zig Zag for the win.
More mid card matches followed the Zig and Y2J bout. The cool new Tensai walked out of London with a W over Cody Rhodes and his mustache, and Big E Langston crushed the Long Island Iced Z with a f]ull blown clothesline that left Zack Ryder down.
The Shield who arrived on Helicopter got to business as soon as they landed in London. They attacked the Tag Team Champs prior to their match with The Undertaker and Team Hell No. The Undertaker was the first one to step out to the ring. Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose followed right behind the Undertaker to surround the ring and taunt the Dead Man. A few minutes later Team Hell No all bruised up from the beating they took, ran into the ring to make it an even match up. The Shield continues to impress us with their recent work on the mic and their development in the ring. The villains in all black managed to pull an upset last night in London defeating Bryan, Kane and The Undertaker.
We then follow up with Fandango vs. the hometown favorite William Regal, who barely had chance against the dancing machine of Fandango. We then go to the Divas Battle Royal which was won by AJ Lee, who is now the #1 contender for the Divas Championship.
The night ends with Mick Foley calling out Ryback to the ring. Foley ask Ryback “what happened to the guy who came and took WWE over last year” and tells Ryback that he needs to wake up. Things get heated between the Hall of Famer and Ryback, even getting in each others faces until John Cena’s music hits and he comes to the ring. The Shield’s music hits as well and they run to the ring to beat up Ryback. Cena then goes back to the ring with a chair to clear up the ring from The Sheild. Cena then picks up Ryback and hits him with an Attitude Adjustment before the show closes out.
