TheSource.com spotlights UK rapper: TANTRUM
The Source Magazine celebrates our international artists and today’s spotlight is on TANTRUM–a 25yr old Rapper from London, UK originally born in Jamaica and one of the winners of the Raps United Showcase. Tantrum has been rapping for 20yrs starting from the tender age of 4 years old when she originally began doing Reggae (Dancehall). After moving to London at age 11, Tantrum began mastering the British musical style “Grime” yet the rapper felt this particular genre of music wasn’t her style. After a few years of covering many other Great Hip-Hop artists such as Eminem, Busta Rhymes & Junior Mafia, Tantrum began her own path. She began writing her own lyrics and gathering original Instrumentals. Since then she has upheld great consistency, persistence and determination.
No gimmicks, Tantrum is raw born talent.
She just recently released her Brand New Mixtape “Wallace Is Back” now available for Download via Limelinx.com and Datpiff.com and is also currently working on her album which is slated to be released in 2013.
