Blue Ivy Carter on Jay Z’s “Glory”
On January 7, 2012, Jay Z and Beyonce welcomed their first child, Blue Ivy Carter into the world. Soon after, Jay hit the studio to record a song dedicated to his new baby daughter. Blue Ivy makes her musical debut towards the end of the track. Though her part added sentimental value to the track, Hov included his daughter’s first sounds in the track that preluded Magna Carta Holy Grail.
