I guess the best way to describe this would be, an “visual interpretation” of Drake‘s “Well Be Fine” off his 2nd album Thank Me Later, set to the tune of classical composer Verdi’s “Don Carlo”. The video is directed by Mikael Columbu and his 2D/Jankyvision outfit. If you are not familiar with what he does, please do yourself a favor and check out his videos for The Weeknd’s “The Knowing” & Ceelo’s “Bodies” ; the work is truly incredible. After teasing the video back in January we now have the final cut.

The video clip also synch’s up nicely to the original audio of “Well Be Fine”, in fact some have speculated the “Don Carlo” song may have only been used strictly to avoid copyright issues. If you want to watch the video that way, start the song right at 1:03 of the video. Knowing Drake’s usually good taste in artistic ventures, I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up fully endorsing this.
