Playing the wife of a dictator
This marks the debut of Washington playing the wife of a dictator in the movie, The Last King Of Scotland, alongside fellow actor Forest Whitaker. In the movie, she plays, Kay Amin, the wife of the famous dictator, Idi Amin. She ended up having an affair and her husband finds out about it. He ended up killing her and chopping her into little pieces.
