3. Michael Jordan Dunks From the Free Throw Line
It was the 1988 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, highly regarded as the best of all-time. Jordan was up against the great Dominique Wilkins. A score of 48 would tie the contest, a 49 would win it all. Jordan knew he had to do something extra special. He went back to the other end of the court, ran and took off just inside the free throw line and slammed it home, raising an enormous roar from the home crowd. The judges gave him a perfect score of 50 making him the first two-time champion. Jordan later went on to do the dunk several times in his career and perfecting it.
