Yesterday, the 2014 BRIT Awards were held in London and despite past year’s presentations of the show, this year was surprisingly great to watch.
Some of the night’s performers included: Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams, Bruno Mars, Nile Rodgers, Artic Monkeys and the queen herself Beyonce.
One Direction took home the trophy for the Global Success prize rewarding them on worldwide sales whereas, Bruno Mars took home an award for International Male Solo Artist.
U.K’s. own Lorde, also performed her Grammy Award winning track “Royals” with the help of the duo Disclosure’s “White Noise“. Also toning down a bit from her Grammy performance, Beyonce performed for the first time her love song “XO” at the music awards.
