Rick Ross & Jeezy‘s well-documented “beef” was abruptly ended earlier last month when Ross announced their “War Ready” collaboration–the music video for which will be out any day now–which was to appear on Ross’ latest album, Mastermind, which was released this past Monday (March 3rd). In an interview with DJ Envy, Ross revealed that the duo did two records, the other one belonging to Jeezy. According to Ross, “I ain’t gon’ lie…the homie…it’s his record, so I’ll let the homie do his thing, but its crazy.”
Ross & Jeezy’s track record include appearing on “Fed Up”, the lead single and music video from DJ Khaled’s 2009 Album, We Global, and Ross’ J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League-produced “Luxury Tax” cut from his 2007 album, Trilla. So, in addition to the “War Ready” video, we’ll have new Jeezy featuring Rick Ross this year.
