Worst: Security guard trampled during Ultra
The negative attention continues to build on Ultra. The first day of Ultra kicked off with tragedy as a mob of stampeding ragers trampled over security guard Erica Mack. Fortunately she survived however she is still listed under extremely critical condition in the hospital. This is just another unfortunate event that drives Miami officials to get rid of Ultra in Miami.
