Its all fun and games until someone’s graduation is in jeopardy…
New jersey police responded to a burglar alarm around 2:30am Thursday at Teaneck High School. When they arrived it was a sight to see; officers found desks and chairs flipped over. Yet that wasn’t the only damage being done. Students that took part in the senior class prank marked graffiti all over the walls, put silly string on the floor, littered balloons all over, urinated in the hallways, greased nearly all the doorknobs and taped hot dogs to the lockers. More than 60 students were arrested in response to the incident. 38 were juveniles who were turned over to their parents and the rest were 18 and over who is expected to see a judge today. Even though the students explained to law enforcement that it was just all a senior prank, it was interesting to find out that during the arrest most of the students were laughing. Seems as though they didn’t grasp the seriousness in the charges they were facing like burglary and vandalism.
