Today, Roderic “Guccie Mane” Davis, plead guilty to possession of a firearm by an ex-felon, which carries at ten year prison sentence. But, under Gucci’s plea, he’ll onlyl serve 39 months and he’ll get credit for the 10 months that he’s been on lock down. Gucci will get sentenced in July, according to ABC news.

Last September, a man, who claimed to be a friend of Gucci’s, called the police to say that Gucci was acting violently. When the police arrived, Gucci began threatening the cops and they found a .40-caliber Glock, according to the police report.

Also, in 2011 the rapper served three months for pushing a woman out of a moving car and he was arrested after assaulting a U.S. solder at an Atlanta club.

Let’s pray that this is Gucci’s last bid.
