Little Dragon, a Swedish band that performs a hybrid of R&B and electronic musical styles, have released one of the years most anticipated albums, Nabuma Rubberband. Their lead single, “Klap Klap”, has been a favorite among fans and critics alike. However, they decided to break from their traditional roots, when handling their possible remix opportunities; choosing to go with an incredibly inventive route.
Handing the production reigns to Nosaj Thing, a famed producer and DJ, who adds many lush electronic layers to the song. Perhaps the most insane part of this reworking is the late appearance by Future. He comes in towards the end and contributes an auto-tuned laced verse, which fits the track surprisingly well.
